Misty Morning's Mesmerizing Mushroom Man

Misty Morning's Mesmerizing Mushroom Man, MX5, the Mushroom Man or simply Misty is an electronic harsh noise project based in Gothenburg, Sweden and is lead by experimentalist Harvey Parker, most known for his work with cybergrind band They Ate Isengard. The project blends distorted noise with various musical influences that together form different sonic vibes, often guided by a single element (such as narrative talking, solo instruments etc). The songs, or stories as Parker describes them, flow either forwards or backwards with no particular direction and blends together to form new pieces. Contemporary and unbound to common structures, MX5's work can be described as avant-garde horror genre music.
