Breast implants are a weird and fucked up subject. they are bags of salt water stuffed into a lady's chest under the false assumption that larger, stiffer, plasticy breasts are somehow equivalent to anything natural. acquiring breast implants means you are either a sex worker or wish to be one or have low self esteem in general.
