strangely enough in the olden days during the plague sanitation workers were thought to be immune because of their exposure to feces which led to people jumping into cesspools... turns out it was because sanitation workers bathed daily and washed their clothes which got rid of the fleas

The burden of responsibility is NOT on the customer, its obviously the responsibility of the business owner to evaluate the size of a move not the customer....but...Unfortunately the onus of responsibility in regards to the evaluation of the size and nature of your move is on the customer according to this seemingly inexperienced business owner.

Sheer luck and lack of other options is the key to this busniesses short term success.
