A friend of a friend lives in Moscow with his young family... wonder if he's getting twitchy yet. He's got a fantastic job / contract and I bet he doesn't want to jump ship because he will miss payments... sometimes you gotta think of your family first though.

Also I know a Russian girl who lives in London. She's usually very active on Instagram but she's gone silent this past couple of weeks. Guilt / anger/ dunno... I'd best check she's ok....

Old friend of mine recently had a large brain tumor removed that had spread from his lung cancer. He says he'd never felt sick until very recently and finally went to the emergency room. He's going to be starting chemo soon.

But outlook is actually really good and I have another friend who is in remission
