I really like this woman.
I like her comedy too
Like a scene from Fargo on acid.

Listening to a discussion about comedy earlier and one of the comedians said that it's "inflated ego with low self esteem'' that make up most comedians...so yeah.
Stand up as we know it. Thati s not vaudeville traveling show standard comedy thats been around at least a few 1000 years. Modern comedy came about when traditional comedy met the 1960s and all that went with that...the US and Canada both lead the way with comedy...the UK and strangely India aren't far behind with modern comedy stand up. It seems slap stick take my wife please non confrontational non critical comedy is whats popular in most places due to local culture and politics...

Been watching a lot of Larry David interviews recently...and in the process came across this bit Larry did on a late night show.

Sampled a bit of this for my last release.
This is one of the funniest incidents in comedy ever. A Modern classic in comedy lore.
He rips on this crowd of 1000s for over 12 minutes...says he wishes he could take a gun and shoot them all in the head...just great stuff. So furiously angry.
Here he explains why the above happened.

i just thought of a sight improvement on a joke i made up twenty years ago. i guess the key to comedy is to use an artifice that existentially connects with people, and is also a well constructed joke. and that's why i fucked your wife
still not funny

This a great talk...and some of...a lot of it could apply to noise.
I'm gonna use Ricky Gervais voice when I read Jilats posts
