I have doubled my body weight... so essentially it doesn't bother me all that much. while I understand it's hideous, at least I'm not sketelor and had a nice lunch today also.
Okay so this thread is now about middle aged noise failures who had a nice lunch?
My typical lunches aren't all that great.. sort of low carb whatever..
You..Luke...need to do a live set where the venue shuts you down and tells you to never come back.
That's a traditional noise success!
Now when you do a live show and people say 'great set' thats not a success thats just a traditional noise brojob.
You are annoying to people(not me so much) and that's a noise success!
You can be relentlessly weird and that's a noise success!
You can lay down some pretty wild rants about art and music and that's a noise success!
Maybe spend $10 grand on a release nobody will buy...?
Edit: I gotta get rid of some of my fatness and ive been having bagged lentils or Indian bag meals(no rice) for lunch at work with a vegetable juice(low sodium). Also trying to not eat after 8 pm(I'm usually asleep by midnight. Having oatmeal with nuts and fruit with lots of cinnamon for breakfast.

In theory... but there's actually alot of danger in having only digital copies.. storage of digitalia is fairly new. Also true art is not always appreciated as such while the artist is alive
Speaking of jliat .. I was reading this quora question about ssd drives failing after a few years of use. Its not a common problem but there was this line of high-end ssd where the firm ware which typically keeps track of how long the drive had been in use and used only 15 bits to store the value and when it goes past the limit makes the value negative which crashes the drive and corrupts the data on it. You can update the software before this happens but not after for some reason
