I remember seeing this years ago, multiple barrels with dynamite and / or fireworks going off, looks like an apartment gig, smoke everywhere, fuckin' chaos.

I can't search effectively for shit on phones, especially not at work but I think I know the video. I swear it was some name similar to Gen 26, but I can't for the life of me remember or locate it. I don't think it was Gen 26 performing, but maybe it was after all? That's the best crappy info. I can offer right now.

I'm very confident it wasn't Gen26, unsure if it was EC.

Yeah, it definitely wasn't Gen26, I just couldn't quite place the quasi-phonetically-similar name at first. That's assuming I haven't been mispronouncing "Gen26" the whole time.

At any rate, I can't find the video anywhere. There is a sort of similar EC one on youtube you probably already saw in a warehouse/loft venue. The one you're describing was very definitely either in a house or apartment from what I remember, but like the warehouse venue, part of it was filmed in a hallway outside the door to the main room, which had shitloads of smoke oozing out of it and people milling around or trying to get away from the smoke inside... Does that sound right?

Dammit, now I've been sucked into this cheap Twilight Zone plotline too...

Hmm, I do indeed recall a video of an EC set that ended when a “pipe bomb” was tossed in a barrel, but it’s not the video xdugef posted above; I clearly recall at the end of the video, audience members were being interviewed and one guy said something to the effect of “that was the craziest shit I’ve ever seen, man!”
Pretty sure the video description also said real life prostitutes were brought in off the street to do “vocals.”

Honestly, as silly as it may sound, I wouldn’t be surprised if this video got scrubbed from YouTube due to the performers’ unfortunate name.
