Start a label
Come up with 10 or 20 project names.
Pick a style of Noise that best fits your personality.
Buy some electronic gear and a folding table.
Be mentally ill or 'artistic' or really angry at sex.
Get into obscure formats...wax rolls and wire recordings are a good place to start.
