A producer I used to work with said he worked at a recording studio in New York and in order to cover the cost of drugs for the musicians they had a line item for a device called the fuzz maker or something like that. In case a client or accountant got suspicious and wanted to see the Fuzzmaker they had some dummy device in the machine room that was labeled Fuzzmaker.

Yes. I have the 1/2" MX5050-8 pictured and a 1/4" MX5050 two track mix down deck.
The eight track has been a project for a while, just now getting it to the point at which it's a runner.
