I initially wasn’t impressed by Ferox Absolut—it just sounded like typical pedal noise to me—but as it went on I appreciated the atmosphere it built and the things it tried to accomplish. It’s a really short listen, too. Some parts could’ve been [much] tighter in execution, though I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a single take, and for that it’s not bad.
