8hp filter? it's Christmas, and it would encourage me to start recording again. the Kala Goañv module is fairly low cost for TouellSkouarn, who always seems fun, but idk

Re: Modular chit-chat
I bought several behringer synth clones some are semi modular. The lamest thing is having to send midi to trigger the sound.
I have so much other shit to do as well

Re: Modular chit-chat
I've gotten three of the desktop Behringer clones myself. The Wasp is the only one with no proper CV implementation... I bought it last and didn't research it very thoroughly, assuming CV for pitch/gate were a given... It's a bit riduculous having to dedicate something like the General CV to CV-to-MIDI duties in order to integrate the Wasp without having to rely on my computer, which isn't always appropriate or convenient.
I do like the filter, though. I ordered 3×48-point patchbays recently as I am planning a big overhaul of my studio nook/fap corner. I like the filter enough that I'm considering using some stackcables with 1/4 adapters just so I can patch ext. non-modular shit through it while still being able to patch modular signals in, all without unplugging any pre-existing connections.
The MIDI-only thing really sucks, though. I'll probably end up buying a dedicated CV-to-MIDI module, maybe several, to interface with it/other MIDI gear eventually as I don't like tying up multi-function/powerhouse modules like the General CV and Disting just for that.
It is pretty fun to freak out MIDI gear with chaotic CV signals.
