I am not actually that crazy. I can snap out of this, but it's not helping that I don't know what this is besides 'schizophrenia'. I don't think I have any irrational beliefs, and I'm certain I have no "delusions". so what is going on, why am I constantly thinking about things that aren't true? I'm an apathetic fantasist
