The closer to a world monoculture we get the more intense things will get. What are we? What's a good stasis point for humans? A nice modernish place that is open and free and still human.
Something not totally destructive and genocidally dangerous but also that isn't some creepy greyscale communist/fascist monoculture of forced 'safety'.

This doesn't make sense.
Oxygen is a product of life, life is a product of oxygen.
I exclude plants andHenneguya salminicola from my complaint.

I think my greatest fear, apart from extreme pain/discomfort, is dying not knowing who loved me

it's a weird thing, and makes me tick in a lot of ways... like, living not knowing seems pretty normal and acceptable. idk what this is about

it seem right to think: no, imaginary friend did not love me. even if imaginary friend was imaginary friend, I can be 70% sure it was just some juvenile game out of boredom and an incapacity to relate to other people.

my ex, we were both young and, at times, why not?

yup :deadbanana:

idk man. tire's nothing very conformist aboutmarxism as it was originally intended, it was just a theory abou for the workers movement against the legitimacy of capitalism. clearly, it didn't work, and it's not going to look like it would work ever again, it seems.

if capitalism isn't an issue theue for you then I reckon you could get your modernis utopia. but IMHO marxism wasn't just a good, ultimately futile, piece of agitation, it was a sound critique of capitalism... in which case, what's next isn't going to be calm and pretty.
