I'm almost certainly going to get an urgent referral tomorrow. 1/5 of those are cancer. there goes my feelings of omnipotence not saying "it could be worse" cos I can't think of very many things, but there are parts of my life I am grateful for.

Well bud.. as I think I mentioned before I know several people with severe cancer and they seem to be doing pretty good.. if this lump in your mouth does turn out to be cancerous it's probably not the end of the world but I will say as somebody who has neglected their own teeth that dental health plays a larger role in well being and general health than I think most realize
