Not sure about this one.. they cut alot of slack towards drawings and there's no penetration here.. she's just nude. The biggest probably might be the "c word"
The irony here is that even though FB treats "art" with a little more indifference if the depiction is of a couple fucking even if in siloquette they will zucc it but I have found images depicting graphic oral sex that they didn't have an issue with.
Or the fact that despite AI being really good at detecting similar images FB can't seem to catch the same grotesque porn clips that get posted over and over again by bots
