not sure I said this already, but I went and looked around my town's museum. lots of freaky life size dolls doing local things. I asked the woman on reception, she must've been 70+, what jobs were going, and she listed some entry levels ones then added "maybe deputy manager" and she could not have made it more obvious if she had winked at me
