Someday this is going to make sense. I sort of want to cry looking at it now though. It's really just a matter of finding the right sets of cable snakes and putting in the new 48-point patchbays... Sure...

Maybe you'd be more motivated to do it if that creepy clown wasn't looming over you the whole time. The bottom half of the He-Man doll in the back probably doesn't help, either.

I see you've got cable snaking enroute, my (unsolicited) advice is to situate your patch panel as low and off center as possible while keeping it within reach of your preferred position while working. It might just be selective framing, but your picture looks like the patch panels are dead center of everything, and that will invite cable mess whenever you have to patch into it.
At the very least getting your patch points beneath the mixing console opens up the work space, unless you crave everything in your face, then stay the course.
