advice to a equalizer

hello i'm diigitae from france,
I'm searching an eq to modify my sound,ideally 10 band mono could i use a hifi eq (does it need to be amplified then ).
i have all my gear(tinysizer ,a little beginning of euro rack synth, contact mike,polyend tracker) connected to a mackie mixing boards and i use one mono output into my sherman filterbank>metalzone mt2 -->ir simulation pedal --> looper (rc 600)-->multitrack recorder
do you advice me to take a pedal or other material ?

Holy time slip, Bat man!

Any EQ will work, the most annoyance you'll run into with home stereo stuff is needing wires with RCA ends, the form factor, and requiring an AC power line (I'm assuming a mix of pedals otherwise) - but yeah, grab what's available and run it.
When in doubt, add resistance.
