Re: Noise Guitar & Related Conceptual Interpretations
Want to try to make a small fan-based self-playing guitar, similar to the old Boyd Rice thing. Can't be fucked to do so, but it seems like there's a lot of really interesting possibilities thereh.
This isn't a noise guitar per se (though I do like how conceptually open-ended the label is). It's more of a post-apocalyptic, giant mutant retard-baby's rattle:
It honestly looks cooler on the wall than it sounds in recordings, but I still like it.

A nicely prepared guitar and setup. Note the fingerboard deployed pickups and 3 output jacks.

This reminds me of a guy from the "ihatemusic" forums, who briefly hung around the Intelligent Machinery Productions forum as well, DoHol. I'd forgotten all about him. One of the warmer personalities I can remember from when I believed I might've had any business posting on IHM.Indeterminacy wrote: ↑Sat Feb 01, 2020 5:57 am A nicely prepared guitar and setup. His setup was a lot like this, with a prepared Steinberger. I wonder if it is his setup, even.

Re: Noise Guitar & Related Conceptual Interpretations
Some guitar I did a few months ago.
This one needs more thought...maybe little rails for the boxes to travel on or using this idea make smaller narrower bumped rods that fit under the strings better
And this was a release I made just for laughs...made 3 or 4 copies.
Just a bunch of goofing off on guitar. Example. 666 #1 Hits
