Bring a van/truck, and a friend or furniture dolly.

Old organs can be a blast, though typically I am guilty of just taking them apart.
When in doubt, add resistance.

I have no place to store it!
There's a ton of other items also.

Worst case I may take out the synth and tape player elements.

That organ seriously requires professional movers to move it...its probably going to be taken apart and ill salvage the wood and internals...sad.

That's a sexy chunk of flavor all right.

Their asking price is a bit out of my ballpark though (and I'm fixated on tools over gear at the moment, though the tools are to revive gear, so.. it's related).
