This article is about the experimental artist Herd William.
Herd William is an experimental musician from the Salem/Keizer/Woodburn/ and Portland areas of Oregon, USA created by William K. Herd jr. Recording started in September 2008 with aspirations to create a kvlt black metal[1] project inspired by artists in Les Légions Noires[2]. The project name was originally named Herd but due to the U.K. Band The Herd[3], William was added. Artist is currently unsigned.

After several other experimental music adventures, mainly all A-Capella, proved to be unsatisfying, William started practicing with a child's toy keyboard.
First recording was to feature Herd William collaborating with Local musician Mormo[4] but the recording was unsuccessful due to equipment failure.

After several changes in locations and buying an electric Drive Wildfire Bass Guitar on Craigslist. William Herd thought it was time to start recording.
