Cutup noise is when you and your classroom buddy get in trouble for making too much noise in class.
It also refers to when one reverses someone elses noise album scrambles it up so nobody will ever recognize it and releases it as their own ("Fuck, we've been rumbled!" MiKE LOVE 666)
Often times even if the person who made the noise album originally hears your new album it they won't even be able to recognize it as their own and will most likely compliment you on how awesome you sound.
