Background
Highway 666 (stylized as "HWY 666") was recorded throughout the month of October before it was released. It was Dr. Failure's fifth improvisational guitar jam release, and the first one where he uses a guitar pedal (an ODB-3 Bass OverDrive Pedal). It's called "Highway 666" because at the time, Dr. Failure found a "satanic" photo editor, and he messed around with it, and thought "I could make this an album cover and release it as a Halloween themed album", cause why not, right?
Gear and Equipment
Dr. Failure used a cheap-ish Fender Stratocaster, a cheap guitar amp, an ODB-3 Bass OverDrive Pedal, and a Macbook for recording.
