Background
Some German Phrase In English was recorded about a year before it was released. It was a group of demo tracks that Dr. Failure made, which eventually led to the start of his recording/publishing of Single-take, Improvisational Guitar Jams. Although, half of the album was a couple of demo tracks made on Noteflight.
Gear and Equipment
Dr. Failure used a cheap-ish Fender Stratocaster, a cheap guitar amp, and a Macbook for recording, and solely Noteflight for the Noteflight tracks.

The track titles contain the dates when the tracks were recorded.
