Saigon is a one-man noisecore project created by Vincent Ceraso, based in Sewell, New Jersey, USA. Saigon was created in early August of 2016. The first demo was released on August 9th, 2016. Saigon started out as a much more serious noisecore project, with themes about violence, genocide, political corruption, etc. Later on, as Saigon became more and more popular, the project switched to much more satirical subject matters. The music, at first, did not include lyrics in the music - Ceraso would just scream nonsense and gibberish wildly into the microphone.
