Bio

'Atari-noise It is an audio-visual installation/action resulting from the hacking of the Atari 2600 console, which was transformed into a powerful generator of video and sound patterns, producing real-time noise and random error. Atari-Noise was inaugurated in February 2000 at the Carrillo Gil Art Museum, featuring a public interaction setup where the console's signal was transmitted to a videowall of 9 monitors. Subsequently, installations were carried out in different formats and venues, with notable appearances at the Interference festival in France where it won first place in installation in 2002. Atari-Noise was also showcased at the Lyon Biennial in 2001, the Computer Games exhibition in Dortmund, Germany in 2003, and is now part of the collection at the MEIAC (Museum of Contemporary Ibero-American Art of Extremadura).

It has participated in exhibitions and festivals in Argentina, Italy, the United States, France, Spain, England, El Salvador, Germany, Oaxaca, Monterrey, Mérida, the Netherlands, Japan, and Austria. One particularly noteworthy event was the installation-concert "Como en Casa," first presented at the Bent Festival 05 in New York. This event featured a space designed to evoke living rooms from the 70s and 80s, followed by a concert that allowed the audience to interact. The setup of the space is tailored for each venue, with the latest being at the Laboratorio Arte Alameda, which included a higher level of theatricality with performances by NoySid and Eight Bit Bolero BoomBox.
