Marc Arsenault is an artist and musician from upstate New York. He is the General Manager of Wow Cool - a record label and small press - that was founded in New York City in 1988. Marc is currently in the sound system nickname: Rebel. He was formerly a member of fognozzle and Brown Cuts Neighbors.
