RR stands for Robomatix Rebirth.




Robomatix Rebirth started this project in 2013, using a DIN Repeater Electronics. From January 2014, Robomatix Rebirth uses a Super Oscillators H-7 from J.M.T Synth.

In the past, the tracks were recorded outdoor or in abandoned places and video are recorded as well as the sound.

The sound recorded was qualified of Experimental Dronoise by Robomatix Rebirth.

As a recording device, Robomatix Rebirth Use a ZOOM H4N, which is small, light, reliable and has a good recording quality.

The first tracks were mastered with Ardour and Jamin on a Xubuntu OS. From January 2014, the tracks are mastered with Ardour and Jamin on a Ubuntu OS.

The videos are edited with OpenShot or Kdenlive.

From july 2014, RR decided to use multiple sound generators, threfore, the noises produced are different. He also decided to radically change his way of recording, editing video... Now, the video are mainly recroded in his home and some extra shoot are added from time to time in the video. For the time being, the noise boxes used are a Dual VCO Noisy Modules and a RVO. Both manufactured by J.M.T Synth.
